Suern Dun Gee is the 3rd single hand technique of the Tonglong Won Sou form. Heavy handed chum ging energy is caught on impact like the elephants footprint sinking into the ground. The shape of the suern dun gee hand is unique to the Chow Gar Tonglong system. To help discover the power in the technique, pad work is provide and demonstrated in depth. The application is displayed for hand to hand combat.
