Level 3 Staff is the first weapon taught in the Black Mantis Kung Fu training system.
This free flowing form is played with a white willow staff. Using the staff and practicing the form will improve your overall understanding of your stance, accuracy, power and body shape.
There are 3 separate lessons covering the techniques required to play the Staff form correctly and how to generate the power needed.
